He was predeceased by: his parents, Marvin Walters and Ruth Walters (Stephens); and his siblings, Bobby Joe Walters and Opal Woolsey. He is survived by: his daughters, Roberta Oster (David) and Rachelle Wise (Jason); his grandchildren, Devin, Adam, Jillian, Jansen and Reagan; his siblings, Roy Walters, Linda Perry, Mary Helen Taylor (Ronnie) and Donnie Uppencamp (Roger); and his stepdaughters, Rebecca Workman and Regina Martin (Wayne). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
