He was predeceased by: his parents, Lawrence Decker and Irene Decker (Irr); and his brothers, Kenny, John and Dick Decker.
He is survived by: his wife Carol; his children, Tina Bradley (Mark), Jeff Decker (Amy), Randy Decker (Kathy), Natalie Myers (Keith), Elaine Graber (Shawn) and Karolanne Critchfield (Bill); and his sister Gladys Partridge (Decker). He is also survived by 14 grandchildren, three great-grandchildren.
