He is survived by: his daughter Lacey Blackburn (Ben Wilson); his grandchildren, Parker, Ruthy and Walker Wilson; his siblings, Jerrel Blackburn (Robin) and Robin Meadors; and his stepsiblings, Janet Caviness and Kenny Anderson.

A celebration of life was held on Thursday, September 17th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 6:30 PM at the Outdoors Behind New Hope Church. A funeral service was held on Thursday, September 17th 2026 at 6:30 PM at the same location.
