He was predeceased by: his parents, Dean H. Purcell and Joyce J. "Tilley" Purcell. He is survived by: his children, Brad Purcell, Brittiany Stoll (Eric), Sierra LaBate (David) and Raymond Purcell (Kyrah); his pet Sammy; and his grandchildren, Dylan, Gaige, Faylynn, Gabriel, Noah, Aubrey, Zachariah, Evelyn, Faith, Serenity, Nehemiah, Mercy, Kevin, Grayson and Amayah.
Memorial donations may be made to the Tunnel of Towers Foundation.
