It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Herschell Orr Jr. (Washington, Indiana), born in Browns, Illinois, who passed away on February 13, 2023, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, William Tolliver and Blanche Orr; his former wife Annie; and his stepchildren, Herschell Orr (Troy) of Washington and Dalana Arnold.

He is survived by: his daughters, Ulysia Long of Washington and Odessa Gregory of Washington; his grandchildren, Ryan Allen (April) of Washington, Jairus Allen of Washington, Heather Hinderliter of Washington, Cameron Gregory of Vincennes and Caleb Gregory of Washington; and his friend Roscoe.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to the Ed L. Lee Mortuary to offset funeral costs.
