He is survived by: his parents, Mike Kuykendall and Nancy Kuykendall of Olney; his sister Jordyn Laughlin (Ian) of Olney; his sibling's children, Archer, Rhys and Ellisyn; his grandmother Lyndia Kuykendall; his aunt Bev Norton; and his uncle Tom Saxe.
