He was predeceased by: his parents, William Browning and Theresa Browning (McAtee); and his brothers, Joe and John Browning. He is survived by: his siblings, Jim (Pam), Jay, Jerry and Beth Browning; and his aunt Lucille Ray. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, friends.
