She was predeceased by: her father James Choate Sr.; her son Paul Clark II; her grandchildren, Connor David James Clark and Americus Novalee Clark; and her sister Andrea Choate.
She is survived by: her mother Sharon Choate (Fields); her significant other Paul Clark; her children, Derick Clark, Andrea Ziegler (Cody), Paula Austin (Dekota) and Scott Clark; her grandchildren, Janeva, Jonathan, Bryce, Remington, Taylee, Bronx, Mika, Cody Jr. and David "DJ" Austin; and her siblings, James Choate II, Rhonda Padgett and Joseph Choate (Catherine). She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family members, and friends.
