She is survived by: her husband Phillip Gordon Douglas; her children, Gordon Scott Douglas and Diane; her grandchildren, Arron Douglas of Washington, Phillip Douglas (Carol) of Fort Lauderdale, Cody Douglas (Lindsey) of Shoals and Emily Douglas of Bedford; her siblings, John Paul Jones (Gerry) of Bedford and Michelle Bennet of Radcliff; and her great grandchildren, Landon Douglas of Shoals, Elizabeth Douglas of Shoals, Steven Douglas of Shoals, Levi Douglas of Shoals, Brayden Douglas of Shoals, Bailor Douglas of Shoals, Caitlin Aleman of Jeffersonville, Carter and Greyson Fox of Bedford.
