He was predeceased by: his parents, John Goodwin and Zelma Goodwin; and his wife Shirley Goodwin. He is survived by: his children, Rick, Charlotte Goodwin, Terry Goodwin, Tracey and Ross Tackett; his grandchildren, Marianne Covert, Lindsey Miller, Amy Goodwin and Benjamin Goodwin; and his great grandchildren, Cameron Covert, Emma Covert, Carson Covert, Xavier Miller, Isabella Miller and Beau Humphries. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews.
Memorial donations can be made to the Mt. Gilead United Methodist Church in Nolan's honor.
