He was predeceased by: his parents, Daniel R. Daily and Kathleen M. Daily (Conway); his brother P. James Daily; his brother-in-law Rex Thomas; and his nieces, Kristen Kellar and Erika Daily.

He is survived by: his siblings, Julia Thomas of Plainville, Maureen Strange (Mark) of Washington, Margaret Daily of Washington and Kevin Daily (Anna) of Lawrenceburg, Indiana.. He is also survived by His many nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.
