She was predeceased by: her parents, Norma Vasbinder and Marshall Vasbinder; and her brother David. She is survived by: her sons, Eric Phagan (Melissa) of Georgia and Bryan Phagan (Cindi) of Florida; her siblings, Evelyn Smith of Noblesville, Sharon Trayweek of Washington, Beverly McKinney of Anderson, William Vasbinder of Anderson and Lonnie Trayweek of Washington; and her husband Arthur Brownell. She is also survived by grandchildren, and a host of devoted nieces and nephews.
