He is survived by: his children, Ron Mattingly (Susan), Sherry Hamilton Haswell (Dale), Scott Mattingly, Bert Mattingly (Anita) and Kim Shackleford (George); his grandchildren, Lacy Summitt, Shanna Mattingly Madeira, Amanda Mattingly, Collin Mattingly, Hanna Adams, Taylor Mattingly, Justin Bishop, Clifford Gist and Charity Cassiday; and his siblings, Sammy Joe Delaney and Myrtle Clements. He is also survived by several great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.
