It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Richard Riffey (Washington, Indiana), born in Indianapolis, Indiana, who passed away on December 29, 2023, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Anna Riffey, (Raymann) and Samuel T. Riffey, Jr.; and his stepdaughter Cynthia Cato. He is also survived by three nephews.
