With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Rita Sue Taylor of Washington, Indiana, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on February 14, 2026 at the age of 82. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Dallas Fox and Mabel Fox; her husband Jimmy Ray Taylor; and her siblings, Rozella Fox, Linda Maharrey and Tommy Fox.
She is survived by: her children, Sherri Rice (George), Rodney Taylor (Rebekah), Lori Osmon (Mark) and Teresa Biddinger (Jason Gross); her grandchildren, Kory McDaniel, Kevin McDaniel, Kirsten McDaniel, Nathan Taylor, Meghan Wilmot, Makayla Ervin, Haley Osmon and Alisha Biddinger; her great grandchildren, Ezra McCoy-McDaniel, Konor McDaniel, Kaia McDaniel, Kingston Lucas, Cooper Lucas, Greyson Ervin, Stella Ervin and Rebekah Smith; and her siblings, Shirley Cervany, Beverly Lovett, Betty Jo Thompson and Melvin Fox.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial contributions be made to a charity or organization of their choice in Rita's memory. Donation Envelopes will be available at the funeral home.
