He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Philip M. Wininger and Shirley A. Wininger (Baxter); his children, Tiffany Forbey, Joshua Wininger (Lesley Brock) and Jadalynn Wininger (Tommy Miller); his grandchildren, Ashlynn Forbey, Barett Forbey, Everlee Miller, Wilder Miller, Hazel Brock, Melanie Brock and Susan Wininger; his siblings, Spencer "Craig" Wininger, Shannon Wininger (Lori), Shane Wininger, Ernie Wininger (Marcee), Shelly Grubb, Stephanie Bowman (David) and Serena Erb (Mike); the mother of his child Justina Walls; his niece Stormy Aldrich; and his nephew Shawn Wininger. He was also cherished by nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Monday, October 26th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Tuesday, October 27th 2026 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Ed L. Lee Mortuary (620 E Viola Ave, Washington, IN 47501). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, October 27th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Tuesday, October 27th 2026 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the St Peter Catholic Cemetery.
