He was predeceased by: his father-in-law Neil Applegate; and his grandparents, Lorraine and Gerald Henderson. He is survived by: his children, Holden, Harper and Hollis; his parents, John Henderson of Garrett and Lorie Henderson of Garrett; his mother-in-law Sandy Applegate of Waterloo; his siblings, Johnathan Henderson (Cortney) of Garrett and Amanda Egly of Garrett; and his sisters-in-law, Heather Applegate of Waterloo and Megan Daniels (Craig) of Butler. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
