He was predeceased by: his parents, Merritt Williams and Hilda Williams (Crooks); his grandson Chad Knott; his great grandchild Mason Brumbaugh; and his siblings, Marjorie (Ernie Sewelin), Emma (Forest Trenary), Merritt Leroy (Manola "Peg" Williams) and Stanley (Jeanette Williams).
He is survived by: his wife Patsy L. Williams (Dancer); his children, Steve Williams (Lillian) of Corunna, Marcia Miller (Gregg) of Fort Wayne and Brenda Knott (Bob) of Waterloo; and his grandchildren, Mike Williams (Stephanie), Brad Williams (Jamie), Christina Bowers (Greg), Brian Knott (Brandy), Leslie Brumbaugh (Doug), Ami Miller and Ryan Miller (Gabby). He is also survived by 12 great grandchildren; 1 great-great grandchild, and several, nieces and nephews.
Memorials can be given in memory of Eugene to Waterloo First Grace Church or DeKalb County Humane Shelter or Alzheimers Association.
