It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Iris Ann Mommer of Waterloo, Indiana, born in Fort Wayne, Indiana, who passed away on April 23, 2024, at the age of 68, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

In the sacred silence of farewell, we release Iris Ann into the embrace of eternity, knowing that her light will continue to shine brightly in the tapestry of our lives. And as we carry her memory forward, may we find comfort in the knowledge that love is eternal, and that Iris Ann's spirit lives on in the beauty that surrounds us.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Sumner Mommer and Celeste Mommer; and her brothers, Jerry Mommer and Terry Mommer. She is survived by : her brothers, Larry Mommer and Mark Mommer of Fort Wayne.

Visitation was held on Thursday, May 2nd 2024 at 9:00 AM at the Cathedral of the Immaculate Conception (1105 Calhoun St, Fort Wayne, IN 46802). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Thursday, May 2nd 2024 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
