She was predeceased by: her mother Alta Gettys (Musser); and her siblings, Dale Kneubuhler and Phyllis Sattison. She is survived by: her stepfather Cecil Gettys; her husband Jerry Hart; her son Gary; her daughter-in-law Judy Hart of Corunna; her daughter Andrea Hart-Carper of Waterloo; her grandchildren, Grayson Hart (Jennifer), Brandon Carper and Kelsey Mapes (Alexis); her great grandchildren, Jenson Hart, Emersyn Mapes, Olyn Mapes and Roman Mapes; her siblings, Lora Shaw of Dayton, Ohio and Lyle "Butch"; and her sister-in-law Nel Kneubuhler of Auburn.
Visitation was held on Monday, March 17th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Feller and Clark Funeral Home (875 S Wayne St, Waterloo, IN 46793). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, March 18th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
Memorials can be given in memory of Jo to Parkview Hospice or the American Cancer Society.
