With sadness, we share the passing of Julia Irish of Waterloo, Indiana. Julia, born on February 18, 1952, passed away on October 22, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Allen Thacker and Gladys Thacker; her husband Bill Irish; her siblings, William Thacker and Thelma Thacker; her nephew Clifford Thacker; and her daughters, Judy Carol Krontz and Char Strawser.
She is survived by: her children, CJ Krontz (Samantha) of Edgerton, Ohio., Melissa Krontz of Edgerton, Ohio. and Roger Krontz (Yari) of Edgerton, Ohio.; her siblings, Allena Fraley (Anthony) of Waterloo, Paul Thacker (Katrina) of Kendallville and Clarence Thacker (Rebecca) of Garrett; her close friends, Amy Hartman and Robert Cady; and her nieces and nephews, Stephanie Scott (Charle), Laneigh Bruning, Shawnae Woodward, Kelly Baker, Jesse Napier and Renwood Thacker.
Visitation will be held on Monday, October 26th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Feller and Clark Funeral Home (875 S Wayne St, Waterloo, IN 46793).
Memorials can be given in memory of Julia to Parkview Hospice.
