He is survived by: his wife Ellen L Oliver (Clevenger); his sons, Kenneth "Kenny" L Oliver, Jr. of Fort Wayne and Kevin S. Oliver (Deanna) of Fort Wayne; his stepchildren, Bob Scott (Gayle) of Fort Wayne, Terry L Marshall (Tara) of Kendallville, Steve R. Marshall (Stacey) of Woodburn, Gary L Marshall (Annette) of New Haven, Paul J. Marshall (Chelsea) of Auburn and Melissa J Marshall of Auburn; and his brother Raymond Oliver (Judy) of Fort Wayne. He is also survived by 16 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren.
