He is survived by: his mother Marlene Johnson (Shinaver) of Ashley; his children, Alexandra (Alex), Fluttrow (Pelletier) of Auburn, Madison Polk (Madi) of Gap Mills, WV, Harmony Bonse of Auburn, Taylor Polk of Waterloo, Marcus Bonse of Waterloo, Wyatt Polk of Waterloo and Brayden Bonse of Waterloo; his father Keith Johnson; his siblings, Angela Eben (Angie) of Bradner, OH, James Hafner of Montpelier, OH, Danielle Morris (Nikki) of Angola, Robert Bonse (Rob) of Georgetown, KY and Corey Johnson of Toledo, OH.; and his granddaughters, Kaydence Aleshire (Monkey) of Gap Mills, WV and Anastasia Fluttrow (Ana) of Auburn. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews and a great-niece and great-nephew.
