He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald H. C. Tulloch, Jr. and Louise Tulloch (Bookhammer); his son-in-law Steven L. Wallace; and his brother Charles W. Tulloch. He is survived by: his wife Linda Tulloch of Wawaka; his daughters, Gretchen L. Bowman (Richard) of Moscow, Helen Margaret "Meg" Tulloch of Kendallville and Susannah M. Tulloch of Fremont; and his brother Hugh B. Tulloch of St. Petersburg, Florida.. He is also survived by three grandchildren; two great-grandsons.
