She was predeceased by: her parents, Omer Slayback and Myrtle Slayback (McAllister); and her siblings, Debbie Snyder, Victoria Slayback, Eljean Mellis, Jay, Tom and Lewis Slayback.
She is survived by: her children, Starla Willey (Greg), Steve Jones (Kathy) and Thomas Jones (Michelle); and her grandchildren, Gregory Willey, Matthew Willey (Christina), Jenni Gleadle (Trevor), Chelsea Dean (Rick), Caitlyn Jones and Cody Jones. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
