He is survived by: his wife Jane Burleson; his daughters, Stephanie Eads (Jeffrey), Katie Burleson (AJ Crumity) and Logan Burleson; his granddaughters, Chloe and Lola Eiler; and his daughters, Tristin Kenney and Makena Burleson.
