She is survived by: her husband James "Jim" Sebastian of West Harrison, IN; her children, James Sebastian (Katie Lytle) of West Harrison, IN and Jill Sebastian (Frank Mercer) of Lawrenceburg, IN; her brother Wayne Edward Ulbrich (Channing) of Mason, OH; her siblings-in-law, Darryl Sebastian (Jill) of Cincinnati, OH, Mark Sebastian (Mary Ann) of Beaver Creek, OH and Beth Sebastian Fischer of Cincinnati, OH; and her grandchildren, Tristan, Malachai, James and Franklin.
In lieu of flowers the family requests contributions may be made to the Family to help with funeral expenses.
