He was predeceased by : his parents, Ohmer Kunkel and Verena Schwegman Kunkel; and his sister Annette Kuntz. He is survived by : his wife Regina Schoettelkotte; his children, Jeff Kunkel (Stephanie) of West Harrison, Randy Kunkel (Diana) of Brookville, Barb Stindt (Bob) of Sunman and Cathy Schuman (Kenny) of St. Leon; his grandchildren, Katie Kunkel, Justin Stindt, Kelly Smith (Kevin), Jessica Stindt, Mitch Schuman, Sarah Schuman and Raeanna Kunkel; and his siblings, Orville Kunkel, Virgil Kunkel, Ohmer Kunkel Jr., Jean Drewes, Dorothy Purkey and Florence Lunsford. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
