He was predeceased by: his father Richard Paul Purcell. He is survived by: his mother Ruth Katherine Purcell; his brother Richard Wade Purcell (Rahquel); his nieces and nephews, Falyn and Roman; and his uncle John Cheek. He is also survived by numerous cousins and close friends.
Memorial contributions in honor of Roger can be directed to the Franklin County Community Foundation where a fund in Roger's memory will be established in the near future.
