She was predeceased by : her parents, James Riggs and Jean Riggs (Barker); her husband Tom Mulligan; her son James Pavey; and her sister Linda Ammons.
She is survived by : her children, Samantha Kennedy of Greendale, IN, Sander Klepinger of Cincinnati, OH, Tonya Albright of Evansville, IN and Jonathan Gardner of Lawrenceburg, IN; her sister Patricia Sunderhaus of Sterling Heights, MI; and her grandchildren, Andrew Klepinger, Alexandria Albright, Tyler Kennedy, Doneisha Klepinger, Isaiah Klepinger, Peaches Klepinger, Veronica Albright, Patrick Albright, Matthew Albright, Evelynn Albright and Anthony Albright. She is also survived by 2 great grandchildren.
