It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Tonjia Joy Johnson of West Harrison, Indiana, who passed away on August 2, 2025, at the age of 58, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Earl Barrows and Joyce Barrows (Lusby); and her father-in-law Clayton Johnson. She is survived by: her husband Jamie Johnson; her daughters, Sydney and Casey Johnson; her brothers, Paul Lacey, Carl Lacey and Nick Barrows; her mother-in-law Frances Johnson; and her in-laws, Jeff, Marty Johnson, Jina and Kyle Stroh.
A celebration of life will be held on Friday, August 8th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Jackman Hensley Funeral Home (215 E Broadway St, Harrison, OH 45030).
Memorials may be made in Tonjia's memory to either Loving Hearts Hospice & Palliative Care, 4109 North Dearborn Road, Lawrenceburg, Indiana, and/or to Brad to the Bone Foundation (a nonprofit to raise funds for Glioblastoma research and treatment), 5539 Windemere Drive, Cincinnati, Ohio 45248.
