She was predeceased by: her parents, Gertrude I Lewellen and Leroy F Hankins; her husband Dick (Dick); and her brothers, John Thomas (Tom) and Jay Hankins.

She is survived by: her children, John Hunt (RoseMary) of Shoreview, MN and Julie Wolf (Peter) of Ballwin, MO; her grandchildren, CJ (Jessie), Marti (Billy), Joanna and Evan (Sarah); and her great grandchild Zadie.

Family asks that donations in Ann's memory go to LTHC Homeless Services, 815 North 12th Street Lafayette.
