He is survived by: his wife Sandra Salisbury; his children, Dr. Jeffrey Myers and Dr. Julia Ross (Brian); his grandchildren, Emily, Brady, Sophie Myers, Meg Stewart (Zack) and Dr. Amanda Ross; his great grandchild Leo Stewart; his brother Dr. David Myers (Trudie); and his sister-in-law Sharyl Lyon (Dave). He is also survived by several nieces and a nephew.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Indiana University School of Dentistry or to the Venice Theater in Venice, FL.
