He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Forrest, Helen Lewis, Franklin and Marilynn Shrack; his brother Ryan Lewis; his father-in-law Jeff Owens; his grandfather-in-law Charlene Woodard; and his uncle James Shrack.
He is survived by: his mother Margaret Jane Lewis (Shrack) of Sheridan; his wife Amber Lewis of West Lafayette; his children, Bryce Johnson of Lebanon and Jolene "Joey" Camblor of Lebanon; his father Craig Lewis; his sister Amanda Lewis (Michael McCabe); his mother-in-law Marcia Owens; his sister-in-law Autumn Scircle (Ken); his grandmother-in-law William Woodard; his nephews, Parker (Trinity), Dylan, Gavin, Ryan Lewis and Jackson Scircle; his uncle Alan; and his aunts, Darlene Lewis and Jeanie Shrack.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, December 13th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Strawmyer & Drury Mortuary (2400 N Lebanon St, Lebanon, IN 46052). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, December 13th 2025 at 4:00 PM at the same location.
