He was predeceased by: his parents, Lyle Eugene and Donnadeane Ziemer (Westfall). He is survived by: his siblings, John Ziemer (Vera) of Chula Vista, CA and Janet Wiley (Don) of Monticello. He is also survived by several nieces & nephews, great nieces & nephews and a great-great niece.
Visitation was held on Saturday, September 5th 2026 from 12:30 PM to 1:30 PM at the Springer-Voorhis-Draper Funeral Home (202 S Illinois St, Monticello, IN 47960). A funeral service was held on Saturday, September 5th 2026 at 1:30 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be given to a charity of the donor's choice to benefit disabled veterans.
