She was predeceased by: her parents, John Kurcinka and Anna T. Kurcinka (Gaspar); and her nephew Carl Kurcinka. She is survived by: her children, Michael Penk of Highland, IN and Lisa White (Ryan) of West Lafayette; her brother Raymond Kurcinka (Karen) of Fishers, IN; and her grandchildren, Keaton and Cohen White. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and great nieces & nephews.
