He was predeceased by: his parents, Dale Brown and Marian Brown (Sondgerath); his daughter Sally Ann Brown; his daughter-in-law Stacy Brouwer Brown; his brother Samuel Brown; and his niece Stacey Lee Brown.
He is survived by: his wife Teresa Brown; his children, Jason Brown (Jenn) of West Lafayette and Mollie Callahan (Michael) of Zionsville; his stepson Aaron Albert (Claire) of Lafayette; his brother Jeffrey Brown (Robin) of Lafayette; and his sister-in-law Marty Brown of Battle Ground. He is also survived by ten grandchildren and two great grandchildren.
Gary requested that, in lieu of flowers, Memorial Contributions in his name be made to Matthew 25 Care & Share Soup Kitchen (612 Wabash Ave. Lafayette, IN 47905), or Blood Cancer United to assist in funding for lymphoma and leukemia research.
