He is survived by: his wife Kerry Leuck (Fording); his children, Josh Leuck (Frances), Karissa Fritz (Carter), Dustin Prichard (Ashley), John, Charles, Isaac, Isaiah and Grace Leuck; his grandchildren, Collin, Alyssa, Payton Leuck, Harper, Karagan, Larson Fritz, Wyatt and Walker Prichard; his sisters, Terri Jones (Stuart) and Bonnie Sondgeroth (Steve); his brother-in-law Lawrence Jeff Johnson; and his caregiver Terry Fording-Johnson (Brian).
