We are sad to announce that on May 1, 2023, at the age of 84, Jimmie L. Barton of West Lafayette, Indiana, born in Rensselaer, Indiana passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his parents, James R. "Jim" Barton and Martha V. Barton (Sommers). He is survived by : his sister Carla R. Overbeck of Monticello, Indiana; his niece Melissa Alexander of Indianapolis, Indiana; and his nephew Jon Noe (Pam) of Monticello, Indiana. He is also survived by several great-nieces, great-nephews, and cousins.

Memorial donations can be given to the Riley's Children Hospital.
