He is survived by: his wife Eleanor "Ellie" Mlynarik; his children, Debbie Wiegand (Dan Perkins) of Custer Park, IL, David Mlynarik (Nancy) of Noblesville and Liz Malkemus (James) of Union, KY; his son-in-law Tony Dildine (Eyvonnia); and his grandchildren, Kecia (Kyle), Colton (April), Trevor, Brittany (Jess), Shawn (Darcy), Kyle, Drew, John, Taylor and Bailey. He is also survived by 10 great-grandchildren.
