He is survived by: his friend Julie Gable (Phil); his daughter Ashley of Rossville, IN; his siblings, Stephen Cook of South Bend, IN and Robin Nash (Lawrence) of Northfield, IL; his siblings' children, Jason Cook, Devin Cook, Daniel Nash, Sarah Nash and Kristin Browning; his great-nieces and great-nephews, Nicholas Cook, Eli Cook, Colton Browning, Theodore Nash, Zoe Cook, Samantha Cook and Leah Browning; his close friends, Sallie Janowiak, Peggy Grinstead, Roger, Lana Callahan, Cyndy Clauss, Neal Houze, Rod, Verna Yoder, Alan and Joyce Welch; and his friends, Kirk Janowiak and Jeff Grinstead.
