She was predeceased by: her parents, Lowell Edward and Gladys Shafer Hallam; her husband Hugh Alan Maxwell; and her siblings, Eileen Hallam Shoff, Doris Hallam Medley, Susan "Joann" Hallam Wyse, Frank Hallam, Charles Hallam, Richard Hallam, John Hallam, Ralph Hallam and Lowell "Buck" Hallam.
She is survived by: her sons, Roger Maxwell (Tina) of Mead, CO, John Maxwell (Deborah) of Brookston, IN and Michael Maxwell Terre (Rhonda); her grandchildren, Joe Maxwell (Katrina), Cory Maxwell (Stephanie), Seth Maxwell (Jenna), Silas Maxwell (Brynleigh), Ben Maxwell (Ashley), Amber Lemoine (Paul), Jon Wade (Cassie) and Jeremiah Wade; her brother Jackie "Banny" Lynn Hallam; and her sister-in-law Connie. She is also survived by 19 great-grandchildren, several nieces, nephews, cousins.
