She was predeceased by: her parents, Donald F. Leuck and Norma Lee Leuck (Iliff); and her son William J. Meluch. She is survived by: her husband John Meluch of West Lafayette; her sons, Andrew L. Meluch (Chelsey) of Cloverdale, IN and Joseph L. Meluch (Meghan) of Ogden Dunes, IN; her siblings, Don Leuck (Vivian) of Lafayette, Jennifer Eberts (Tom) of Knoxville, TN, Gene Leuck (Penny) of Lafayette, Jerry Leuck of Bernside, KY, Briant Leuck (Donna) of West Lafayette and Kathy Brower (Steve) of Ridgeway, SC; and her grandchildren, Mabel, Molly and Jude Meluch.
