He was predeceased by: his parents, Alfred Bollock and Luella Anthrop Bollock; his wife Kathryn M. Koehler of Quincy; and his siblings, Mary Jo Bollock, Alfred Bollock (Tony) and William Bollock (Bill).
He is survived by: his children, Jim (Lori) of Lafayette, Mary Ann Benecke (Mike) of Napoleon and Denise Ross (Stan) of Lafayette; his grandchildren, Emily Richter (Tyler), Casey Bollock (Hannah), Holly Bollock, Lyndon Benecke (Chelsea) and Andrea Meyer (Jake); and his sister Loretta Evans of Lafayette. He is also survived by eight great grandchildren.
