He is survived by: his wife Lori Eubank; his daughter Erica Eubank; his granddaughter Lily Eubank; his stepsons, Ricky Tatlock and Nicholas Tatlock (Chantel); his grandchildren, Peyton Brooks, Trey Tatlock, Miles Tatlock and Thatcher Tatlock; his sisters, Mary Eubank and Kathy Jackson; and his friend Danny Paternite.
