She is survived by: her children, Amy D. Karpick (Alan) and John Addison Curtis Jr. (Susan); her grandchildren, Reid A. Karpick and Hayley C. Karpick; her sons, Justin Stanley (Jessica) and Landon Stanley; and her great grandchild Jaden Stanley.
