He was predeceased by: his parents, Edwin Schwendenmann and Catherine Schwendenmann (Boone); and his brother Dan Schwendenmann. He is survived by: his wife Barbara; his children, Jason S. Schwendenmann (Lisa) of Springfield, VA and Stephanie A. Reed of West Lafayette; his granddaughters, Rylyn Reed, Korah Reed and Cassandra Schwendenmann; his sister Carolyn Brown (Gene); and his siblings-in-law, Wanda Schwendenmann and Tom Singer.
