Smyth of West Lafayette, Indiana, born in Chicago, Illinois, who passed away at the age of 78, on March 16, 2024. He was predeceased by : his parents, F. Homer Smyth and Jane Smyth (Leland); and his brother Wayne Smyth. He is survived by : his sister Sharon Leonard of Kalamazoo, MI. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and other family members and friends.

Visitation will be held on Friday, May 17th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Lafayette Country Club (1500 S 9th St, Lafayette, IN 47905).
