She was predeceased by: her parents, Dave Donnelly and Eve Donnelly (Olinger). She is survived by: her husband Kevin S. Halter; her children, Keegan Halter of West Lafayette and Ian Halter of West Lafayette; and her siblings, Dan Donnelly (Polly) of Virginia, Patti Wilson of Michigan and Kathy Theurer (Rick) of Michigan.
