She is survived by: her sons, Greg Clark (Cristie), Richey Clark (Jeannie) and Chad Clark (Kathy); her grandchildren, Jacob Clark (Hailey), Ian Clark (Sarah), Brayden Clark (Avoree), Lyvvea Clark (Walker), Melissa Coomer (Cory) and Jody Sullivan (Everett); her brother Samuel Forsythe (Charlene); her close friend Carmen Pearson (Ceneta Earls); her great grandchildren, Paisley, Lainey, Ivy, Gauge, Billy, Chloe and Tommy; and her great great grandchildren, Leelynn, Isaiah, Makenna, Ryler, Billy, Tucker, Averleigh and Bentley. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
